Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customized wigs, custom-colored units, and products identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
